Opening the Way in Prayer

Please keep on praying for our team in the Amazon as they are finishing up their long journey this week. Pray that the local leaders will be encouraged and guided by the Holy Spirit and that God will protect and enable them to continue to do His work.

Our Country leader facilitated Refresher sessions from 2-7 May in Eldoret and Kapsabet. Flooding in the area caused many challenges on the road, but by the grace of God the training could go forward as planned – Praise God! Please pray for the church planters for wisdom and courage.

Currently a team from Harvesters is travelling and training Phase A of the Harvesters Bible School Curriculum in Guatemala. Pray for strength and protection for the trainers as they lead these sessions. Pray that the pastors attending the training may gain deep understanding and be blessed with Spiritual disciplines.

Please pray for the people of Kenya. Excessive rains and consequent flooding in certain areas claimed the lives of many people and many more are still missing. Families have been displaced including people belonging to the Harvesters family. Pray that the people would find clean drinking water, food, shelter and other resources. Pray that God will comfort His people so that they can in turn comfort those around them.

Please pray for the Harvesters team currently travelling and training student pastors in the Amazon basin. Pray for protection and favour on all transport vehicles and for all logistics. Pray also for health, provision and protection for all involved. May God’s Kingdom reign in the Amazon!

Please pray for the outreach to the Ute Tribe, Tawaoc, April 18-21.
🙏Pray that the light of Christ will dispel any brokenness, generational trauma, and spiritual darkness. Please pray that the Holy Spirit goes before us, rests upon us and comes behind us with Truth and Grace.

Praise God for the “Kick off” that is taking place in Lukulu, Zambia this weekend. Pray that these church leaders would have receptive hearts to hear God’s call, and prayerfully embrace the Harvesters vision to evangelise, plant churches and make disciples who make more disciples.
“Jesus came and told his disciples, ‘I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’” Matthew 28:18-20 NLT.

Pray for the Disciple Makers journey this week in Madrid, Spain. Pray that the Holy Spirit will strengthen all attendees to go out and be disciples who share their testimony and introduce many more to our loving Father.

God willing, our country leader will be visiting leaders in Kisumu, Siaya, Busia and Kakamega between 8th – 20th April to follow up on previous training and to support them. Please be pray for his team and the pastors that they will be meeting. Praise God for each of these leaders.

🙏Please pray for the international group travelling from around the globe to help deliver 4,500 Bibles to believers in Mozambique. Pray for travel mercies, good health, provision and protection for all involved.
🙌Praise God for this opportunity to equip the Church in Mozambique. May His Truth saturate the area.
