Opening the Way in Prayer

Our faithful leaders are on their way to Guatemala to continue Phase C training of our Harvesters Bible School curriculum. Please pray that God will bless the pastors coming for training as well as the team facilitating the training. Pray for travel mercies, protection and provision in whatever is needed to help expand His Kingdom. Continue to pray for the Church in Guatemala to thrive.

What’s Happening?

Our Student Pastors are challenged to plant a new church this weekend. This involves: Going to communities with no Christian presence, sharing the good news of Jesus’ precious gift of salvation, planting a church in that neighbourhood to disciple those who are saved and in persecuted nations, pastors will prayerfully evangelise to unbelievers. This is a bold step toward fulfilling our vision to see 1 million churches planted, 1 million pastors trained, and 100 million people saved by 2030. As our Student Pastors faithfully rise to the challenge, we are calling on you to cover them in prayer.

• Pray for Labourers: “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Matthew 9:37-38)
• Pray for Boldness: “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” (2 Timothy 1:7)
• Pray for Open Hearts: “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
• Pray for Protection: “The Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
• Pray for Growth: “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain.” (Psalm 127:1)

We thank God for the opportunity to serve in South Asia. Please continue to pray for the church planting movements that have been established here. Pray that local leaders will embrace the vision to systematically and strategically plant multiplying churches. Pray for wisdom, protection, boldness and obedience to God.

Please pray for this initiative and participate around the world by organising Evangelism events, plant a church or train disciples for 3 days – 24 hours non-stop!
May God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Praise God with us for the Bible Placement that took place 26 July-4 August. Pray with us that God’s Word will transform many communities in this country. Please lift up the Church in Rwanda to God our Father. Pray for provision and for the resources needed for churches to expand in order to meet the legal requirements. Pray also for a strengthening of believers’ faith and resolve during challenges. Pray that God will bless all those working tirelessly to spread His Word and that He will open doors for His Church to flourish.

Please pray that God will prepare the way for the Disciple Makers journey taking place this weekend in Wales, UK. Pray that all involved will be inspired by the Holy Spirit and filled with courage to go out into their community and make disciples. Pray that many souls will be won in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Please pray for the logistics and travel mercies and also for all the people involved in the DRC Envisioning this week. Pray for prepared hearts and minds to receive the vision for multiplication church planting. May God’s will be done in the DRC. Training will also continue for Phase A and Phase E of the Harvesters Bible School curriculum.

Praise God for the opportunity to present Harvesters at a Mens Breakfast last weekend at the St Mags church in Torquay on the English Rivera. This formed part of a Harvesters Weekend which ended with two sermon opportunities on Sunday. We are grateful for new partners coming on board to take hands with Harvesters as we follow God’s lead where He opens the way for the world to know Jesus.

Thank God with us for the two Kick Offs completed this month in Harare and Bulawayo.
May His Kingdom expand in Zimbabwe and many more souls be won for Christ 🙏

Praise God with us for a successful training and encouraging trip by a Harvesters team during the last months. A total of 22 training sessions were completed over 3 months in Zambia, Malawi and Angola. Please continue to pray that the Good News of Jesus Christ may continue to spread like a wildfire.
