Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! (Psalm 116:2 NLT)

Disciple Makers – South Africa
Harvesters Ministries
We are humbled and grateful for a wonderful Disciple Makers journey that took place last weekend in Welkom, Freestate. Around 100 people signed up for this journey and many pledged to help open the way by continuing to apply the disciple makers principles in their spheres of influence. All glory to God! Please continue to pray for this movement. “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.” 1 Cor. 3:6-7.
South Asia
Harvesters Ministries
We praise God for the privilege that we could start new church planting streams in South Asia during this month. We have such great expectations for the things to come! Please keep the people of this beautiful part of the world in your prayers.
Texas, USA
Harvesters Ministries
Praise God with us for the opportunity to train indigenous leaders in Midland earlier this month. Pray for the attendees to embrace God’s calling and for the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen them as they disciple and train their communities to follow Jesus themselves and also to make more disciples.
Madagascar
Harvesters Ministries
Our friends on the island are in need of our prayers. Several large storms have made its way through the island and flooded many towns and villages. Many of our Hub Leaders and Student Pastors have been impacted by these devastating floods. Remember that every prayer makes a difference.
Malawi
Harvesters Ministries
New church planting movements could be established in both Northern as well as Southern Malawi early this year. Thank God with us for these new “streams” and pray for our local church leaders who often face aggressive resistance to the Gospel. Pray that the power of Christ’s love will penetrate these regions and set many people free.
Oaxaca, Mexico
Harvesters Ministries
Early in February we had the opportunity to train 54 pastors, many of them from far away places, in Phase A (personal discipleship) of the Harvesters Bible School curriculum. The pastors were challenged to live the spiritual disciplines and also to teach them in their congregations and to the student pastors of newly planted churches.
Praise God with us for strengthening the pastors through His Holy Spirit so that they may faithfully continue their pastoral ministry in the midst of persecution, adversity, idolatry, witchcraft and Satanism.
Southeast Asia
Harvesters Ministries
Please continue to pray with us for faithful pastors and believers in Southeast Asia. Pray for them for discernment to see and use the opportunities that God gives and for boldness to continue to reach out to the lost, encourage believers and to expand His Kingdom. Pray for their protection and for all that they and their families need.
Mozambique
Harvesters Ministries
At the end of last year strategic planning meetings were conducted with four different groups of willing and able pastors who share the vision for reaching the lost through evangelism, discipleship and multiplication church planting. Please continue to pray that God will open the way and give favour and protection for this endeavour to succeed. Pray that this country will be saturated with thriving churches and that communities will be transformed for His glory.
Bible Placement in Lesotho
Harvesters Ministries
26-27 January 2025: As we begin a new year, we have a wonderful opportunity to support the first mission event of 2025 through prayer. A team of 41 members from Harvesters and their partners will, God willing, deliver 800 Bibles (Sotho and Biblica NIV) to 25-30 newly planted churches in Quachas Neck, Semonkong and Maseru.
Please pray for the mission team’s preparation, safety in travel, and smooth arrangements for accommodation and meals. Lift up their health and well-being, asking for protection from sickness and injuries. Pray that those receiving Bibles will have open hearts to embrace, study, and share God’s Word, spreading His message to others. Pray that through this mission, His name will be lifted high.
Thank you for standing with us in prayer as we seek to glorify God through this mission!
